Musaru is an online retailer of wall art, canvas prints, framed art, and related home décor products. By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent or guardian) and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products and Pricing

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change pricing on any product at any time without prior notice. Prices are displayed in US Dollars ($) unless otherwise specified. We make every effort to display product images and colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect exact colors. Minor variations are not considered defects.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. All orders are custom-made. Once an order enters production (typically within 2 hours of placement), it cannot be modified or cancelled.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Musaru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Cancellation Policy

 

All Musaru products are custom-printed to order. Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, email us at musaru.art@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. If your order has not yet entered production, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

After 2 Hours

If more than 2 hours have passed since you placed your order, we may not be able to cancel it, as production may have already begun. In this case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for options after you receive your order.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 7 business days.
