At Musaru, we want your new wall art to reach you safely and as quickly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
All orders are custom-printed and typically take 2–4 business days to produce. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and are measured from the date your order ships (not the date it’s placed). Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted shipping carriers including FedEx and DHL to ensure reliable and safe delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment in real time.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. We are actively working on expanding to additional countries. If you are outside the US and interested in ordering, please reach out to us at musaru.art@gmail.com.
Packaging
All artwork is carefully packaged with protective materials — including corner guards, bubble wrap, and reinforced cardboard boxes — to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of the shipping date, please contact us at musaru.art@gmail.com and we will investigate the issue with the carrier and work to resolve it promptly.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there’s an error, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it.
