We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal. All transactions are securely processed and your payment information is protected with SSL encryption.

Because our products are custom-made and go into production quickly, changes or cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at musaru.art@gmail.com if you need to make any changes. After that window, we may not be able to accommodate modifications.

We strive to display colors as accurately as possible, but please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor or screen settings. Minor variations between what you see on screen and the final printed product are normal and are not considered defects.

Yes! All canvas prints and framed products come with pre-installed hanging hardware, so you can display them on your wall right out of the box. No additional assembly required.

Orders are typically produced within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–6 business days within the United States. Total time from order to delivery is usually 5–10 business days.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $55. For orders under $55, a flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations. Please contact us if you have questions about international orders.

Your artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Canvas prints are placed in protective corner guards and wrapped in bubble wrap inside a sturdy cardboard box. Framed prints include additional reinforcement to protect glass or acrylic.

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We partner with trusted carriers including FedEx and DHL to ensure safe and timely delivery.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or doesn’t match your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at musaru.art@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please email us at musaru.art@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the damage and a description of the issue. Our team will review it within 24–48 hours and arrange a replacement or refund.

Because all of our products are custom-printed to order, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if there’s a quality or printing issue, we’ll absolutely make it right. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Once your return or claim is approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days to appear on your statement.

To keep your canvas looking its best, avoid placing it in direct sunlight for extended periods. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water or chemical cleaners on canvas prints.

For framed prints with glass or acrylic, gently wipe the surface with a soft cloth. You can lightly dampen the cloth if needed, but avoid spraying liquid directly onto the frame or print.
