How to Request a Return or Refund
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing musaru.art@gmail.com.
- Include clear photos of the issue (damage, defect, or incorrect item) along with a description of the problem.
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Conditions for Returns
We accept returns and issue refunds for the following reasons:
- Product arrived damaged during shipping
- Printing defect (e.g., scratches, bubbles, fading, color bleed)
- Wrong item was shipped
- Product is significantly different from the description on the website
Custom-Made Products
Because all of our products are custom-printed to order, we generally cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Color variations due to differences in monitor/screen display
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
Refund Processing
Once your claim is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal). Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, do not discard it. Please keep the item and all packaging materials until your claim is resolved, as we may need additional photos or information.
